When it comes to the travel insurance industry, timely information is critical. That's why we developed MedSave Direct, an online portal direct to the MedSave claims system. MedSave Direct is provided free of charge with our core services.
The MedSave Direct system is simple to install and access, and offers users several options:
- View processed data claims
- Establish and update claim reserves
- Review status and notes entered by MedSave staff
- Validate provider information
- Reduce communication workload and improve time frames
MedSave provides users with simple, easily installed emulation software supported by MedSave's IT staff. Clients are issued sign-on privileges and passwords for rapid access, and our Operations Team offers personal condensed training sessions if required.
